Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support the project lifecycle from sales
handover through to closure. This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and finance,
ensuring projects are set up correctly in our systems, tracked accurately, and closed out with proper
documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Setup
• Prepare and submit project requirement documents to the Mechanical Engineering (ME)
and Electrical Engineering (EE) teams
ERP Administration
• Create and maintain ERP Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Process BOM variations and Material Order Variations (MOV)
• Close work orders in the ERP system upon completion
• Process outgoing shipments in the ERP system
Project Closure
• Perform documentation checks to ensure all required project records are complete
• Coordinate with relevant teams to close out outstanding items before final project closure
• Support profit analysis reporting for completed projects
Requirements
• Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, ERP administration, or operations support
(experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment preferred)
• Proficiency with ERP and computer systems (training will be provided on our specific
system)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working across departments (Sales, Engineering, Finance)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Office
• Good written and verbal communication skills
