Project Assistant / Marketing Assistant (5 Days / Medical Industry)

• Working day: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to phone calls and walk-in customers
• Support the Project Team on progressive claims
• Responsible for order processing and generating all relevant delivery and shipping documents
• Work closely with sales and project team for any clarification on specifications required by customers
• Update project forecast and prepare monthly project reporting on pending orders at end of the month
• Assist your peers in their absent
• Simple Accounting knowledge for AR and AP function will be an added advantages
• Add-hoc Admin function as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level with minimum 1 year of relevant project coordination experience
• Knowledge of using QuickBooks is an advantage
