About the Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to chaos.

As our Project Associate (Founder's Office), you'll work directly with the founders of Blind Mice Media to help keep the company organised, moving, and focused. Your role is to make sure important tasks don't fall through the cracks—whether that's following up with clients and freelancers, organising information, preparing documents, conducting research, or helping us stay on top of projects.

This isn't a traditional administrative role. You'll be exposed to many parts of running a small but growing media company, and no two days are the same. Some day’s work will be exciting, other days will honestly be repetitive—but all of it contributes to helping us grow in our mission to tell compelling media stories that can stand out in the digital age.

No prior experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know to succeed. What matters most is your attitude.

What You'll Do

• Keep the Founder's Office organised and on track.

• Coordinate projects, deadlines, and follow-ups.

• Prepare and proofread documents, proposals, and business submissions.

• Conduct research and present clear, concise findings.

• Support day-to-day business operations and solve problems as they arise.

• Help improve systems and processes as the company grows.

• Is highly organised and detail-oriented.

• Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• No prior work experience required.

• Any educational background is welcome.

• Demonstrably strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional organisational skills.

• Comfortable using common productivity software and conducting online research.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and sense of ownership.

• Be fun to hang around.
