Project Coordinator

Requirements:

• Male / female
• Minimum A level; Diploma holders in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in relevant Oil & Gas industry (preferred).
• Fluent Communication Skills in English & Good Written English
• Able to work in a fast pace environment, multi-task and strong team player
• Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work with one or more project teams simultaneously

Responsiblities

1. To handle all projects enquiries and execution of project orders in Asia.

2. To represent the Company in any meetings with Client locally or overseas, when required.

3. To liaise with Engineering and Production team on all aspect of manufacturing

4. To review all drawings/documents prior to submitting to Clients for approval and proceed for manufacture pertaining to each project.

5. To provide weekly production status on all projects/jobs
