Cityline Signcrafts Pte Ltd is a homegrown signage company, established in 1997. We are a team of signage professionals dedicated to turning signage dreams across Singapore into reality.

We take pride in doing the full spectrum of signage works in-house, where fabrication is completed within our workshops (approx. 6,000 sqft total), and installation is conducted by an internal installation and delivery fleet.

From commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional to industrial, we manufacture signs for all categories.

Roles & Responsibilities – Project Coordinator (Signage Production)

1. Project Coordination

* Coordinate and oversee signage projects from initiation to completion.

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to gather requirements, updates, and approvals.

* Prepare and update project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.

* Monitor project progress and address any issues that may affect timelines or quality.

* Arrange site visits, take measurements, and record technical details when required.

2. Signage Production Management

* Coordinate with the design team to ensure artwork and technical drawings are accurate and production-ready.

* Manage the production schedule and ensure timely fabrication of signage components.

* Source and coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and vendors for materials and outsourced works.

* Conduct quality checks during and after production to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.

3. Communication & Documentation

* Maintain proper records of project correspondence, drawings, approvals, and site instructions.

* Issue progress updates and reports to management and clients regularly.

* Follow up on client approvals, variation orders, and site instructions.

4. Site Execution Support

* Coordinate site installation with the production and installation teams.

* Ensure installation work complies with safety regulations and project specifications.

* Resolve on-site issues and support the team to meet handover timelines.

Singaporean citizen / PR candidates preffered

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the construction industry or as a Quantity Surveyor

Work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives; good communication and coordination skills

Good understanding and in-depth knowledge of BCA guidelines and practices

Well-versed in both public and private Conditions of Contract used in Singapore

Proficient in Microsoft / Google suite and the ability to learn new specialist software

Proficient in design software such as Flexi, AutoCAD and Illustrator is a bonus
