Project Coordinator (Semiconductor)

• Provide administrative and operational support to facilitate efficient departmental processes, documentation control, and internal coordination.
• Assist in budget planning, expense monitoring, and financial reporting activities to support project and departmental objectives.
• Maintain accurate records, data trackers, and management reports while ensuring information is updated and readily accessible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution, monitor progress, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative support, budget management, financial tracking, or project administration.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
