We are seeking a organized and proactive Project Executive to support project planning, execution, and coordination across our teams. If you enjoy managing tasks, working with different stakeholders, and delivering results on time, this is an exciting opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution.

• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare project documentation, progress reports, minutes of meetings, and project schedules.

• Task Tracking: Monitor project milestones, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timelines are met.

• Budget Support: Maintain records of project expenses and assist in tracking budget status.

• Quality Control: Support quality checks, compliance, and ensure tasks are completed to the required standard.

• Other admin duties as assigned to assist the Manager

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and handle multiple projects.

• Attention to Detail: Accurate and thorough when preparing reports, schedules, and tracking progress.

• Team Player: Works well with cross-functional teams and supports team objectives.

• Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changes or shifting priorities.
