Project Administration Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administration Executive to support project coordination, documentation, and administrative operations within a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support to the team.
• Organise meetings, prepare minutes, track action items, and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure project records and documents are properly filed and maintained in internal systems.
• Manage project databases, templates, drawings, and reference materials.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and support implementation of new workflows.
• Support division-wide administrative functions, including reporting, work planning, finance coordination, meetings, and staff events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative or project support experience.
• Experience in construction projects or the built environment sector is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
• Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
