Project Secretary

Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to Project Managers within the team.
• Manage and maintain project documents and both soft and hardcopy records.
• Prepare and handle project-related documents such as reports, forms, and correspondences.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support project activities.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes. 
• Support administrative coordination for different projects.
• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum N Level or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination or secretarial role.
• Experience in supporting engineering projects is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to manage high volume of documentation and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
