PURCHASER CUM GENERAL ADMIN

- Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and reviewing all direct and indirect materials and services from suppliers and vendors.

- Preparing Purchase Order, managing purchasing information (such as pricing and Vendor Information) and ensuring goods timely arrival.

- Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments.

- Responsible for daily receiving of goods and project costing data entry.

- Managing purchasing information and systems

- Assist in daily receiving of goods and project costing data entry.

- Assist QC Manager in preparation of QC documentation.

- Maintaining proper filing of documentations at all times.

- GCE "N" / "O" with relevant ceritification in Purchasing

- Good interpersonal, co-ordination and negotiation skills.

- Positve working attitude, organized and a good team player

- Basic computer skills Internet / Emailing / MS Office 2000 or later (Excel and Word) / ERP system

- 5 days work week
