Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor and check stock levels regularly
2. Purchase stock and update inventory records in the system
3. Arrange incoming shipments and coordinate with logistics partners and local courier
4. Perform incoming stock checks and verify quantities
5. Remove labels and organize inventory neatly
6. Scan and record IMEI numbers accurately
7. Assist in packing and preparing orders for dispatch
8. Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records
9. Handle general office administrative duties
10. Support other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
1. Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
2. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
3. Able to work independently and as part of a team
4. Physically fit to handle light packing and stock arrangement
5. Prior experience in purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, or administrative work is an advantage
6. Training will be provided for candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
