Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring product quality, preventing defects, and assisting in timely problem resolution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining inspection standards and supporting continuous improvement on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hourly in-process X-Ray buyoff to ensure product compliance
• Record, monitor, and maintain accurate inspection results and quality data
• Identify and report abnormalities to the Engineering Assistant for further action
• Support manufacturing teams in diagnosing issues to prevent recurring defects
• Control and segregate non-conforming products to prevent further processing until disposition is determined
• Strictly follow Work Station Instructions (WSI) at all times
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain good housekeeping practices in the workplace

Requirements

• Prior experience in quality control or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
• Basic understanding of inspection tools and quality standards (X-Ray inspection experience is an advantage)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Commitment to safety and compliance standards
