JOB DESCRIPTIONS OF QUANTITY SURVEYOR

This position reports to the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Manager.         

 Duties include :

. At least 3-4 years in quantity surveying administration and construction law

. Pre and post tender quantity surveying administration knowledge is a must

. Assist in calling of quotations and evaluations of quotations and suppliers

. Negotiation of subcontractors, evaluation and do recommendations

. Must be able to do taking off quantities from drawing

. Preparation of cost estimates

. Prepare monthly subcontractor's progress claims and evaluation of variation

. Assist in preparation of Main Contract's progress claims and submission to Client

. Prepare letter of award and contract documentation

. Perform other duties assigned to you
