Quantity Surveyor (Contract Administration)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor (Contract Administration):

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring compliance with agreed terms, conditions, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on contract-related matters, including clarifications and documentation.
• Support cost control initiatives and assist in the management of contractual risks.
• Review and verify purchase orders and associated documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with contract terms.
• Participate in pre-award discussions and negotiations, with a focus on contractual scope, terms, and conditions.
• Assist in addressing contractual issues and provide updates to project teams and management.
• Support the resolution of contract-related matters, including variations and potential disputes where required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or contract administration.
• Familiarity with contract management practices within construction or project-based environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within project timelines.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 +AWS +VB 1-2 Months)
• Working Location: City Hall
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am - 6pm
