Job Summary

Support project execution by producing technical drawings, assisting in tender processes, managing procurement, preparing cost estimates, coordinating site measurements for claims, and liaising with clients and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce basic AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM drawings, and Microsoft Office documents to support project design and documentation
• Assist Project Manager in tendering by analyzing and understanding tender specification requirements to ensure compliance
• Manage material procurement and conduct stock taking to maintain accurate inventory for project needs
• Prepare quotations, claims, and invoices accurately for project financial documentation
• Develop, revise, and update cost estimations and tender submissions to support project budgeting and bidding
• Coordinate with project teams to measure and value work completed and materials used on site for claim submissions
• Draft detailed reports for project submissions to document progress and compliance
• Resolve contractual claims by investigating issues and collaborating with relevant stakeholders
• Liaise effectively with clients, site managers, project managers, and site engineers to facilitate smooth project execution
