Job Description - Receptionist

Our client is a reputable Singapore-based legal services firm specializing in estate planning and corporate governance, including the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

They are seeking a professional and composed Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients.

Job Scope:

  • Professionally receive and attend to clients and visitors
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointment logistics
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team
  • Maintain a professional front-office environment


Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed, confident, and service-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, professional environment.

📍Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm
