Receptionist

Location : 80 Bendemeer road

Working Days & Hours : Monday to friday ( 08.30 AM to 6.00 PM )

Job Description:

1. Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering courteous, professional, and high quality customer service at all times.
2. Welcome, greet, and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, and direct guests to the appropriate persons or locations.
3. Handle incoming telephone calls efficiently, determine the purpose of calls, and route calls or relay messages accurately and promptly.
4. Attend to enquiries from members of the public and internal stakeholders in a responsive and professional manner.
5. Maintain awareness of staff movements within the organization to support visitor coordination.
6. Monitor visitor access at the reception counter and maintain a high level of security awareness at all times.
7. Receive, record, and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and escalate suspicious or unaddressed parcels to the Division in accordance with procedures.
8. Display daily newspapers and other publications at the reception area.
9. Provide general administrative and ad hoc clerical support as required.
10. Provide on-site support for management meetings held in the Board Room, which may include:

• Receiving and directing meeting attendees; Assisting with basic meeting setup (e.g. signage, stationery, refreshments coordination)
• Providing liaison support before, during, and after meetings as required.
