Job Summary

Provide administrative and receptionist support at a tuition centre, managing communications, scheduling, attendance, invoicing, payments, and supporting daily operations to ensure smooth centre functioning.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly to assist students and parents with inquiries
• Conduct sales calls to promote tuition services and enroll new students
• Schedule classes efficiently to optimize centre resources and student availability
• Arrange replacement classes for students who miss lessons to maintain learning continuity
• Record and track student attendance accurately for reporting and follow-up
• Generate and send invoices to clients and update the student database to maintain accurate records
• Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely fee collection
• Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment
• Support teachers with ad hoc tasks such as purchasing lunch during weekends to facilitate smooth operations
• Handle payroll processing and company transactions to support financial administration
