Job Title: Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Salary: S$4,000 – S$4,500 per month
Location: Orchard, Singapore
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekends and Public Holidays Off

Job Responsibilities:
• Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules.
• Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
• Maintain proper filing systems and office records.
• Assist with office operations and administrative duties.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence and able to drive when required.
• Pleasant personality with professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Available to commence work on short notice or immediately preferred.
