Summary:

• Basic salary $2300-$2500
• East
• AWS & Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support and quality customer service via phone / email / walk-in.
• Listen actively, ask probing questions, and clarify to fully understand customer needs.
• Escalate issues promptly and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Build rapport with clients through phone calls and messages using provided leads and sources.
• Perform administrative duties as required.
• Send reminders to clients regarding upcoming appointments.

Requirements:

• Candidate with experience in similar position will have added advantage
