Basic Information:

  
1-year renewable contract based in a government school located at Jalan Lempeng.
  
Weekdays, 8.30am to 6pm (1 hour lunch break)

Responsibilities:

  
Perform front desk reception duties.
  
Take note and pass queries and/or messages accurately.
  
Handle calls, walk-ins, emails, deliveries, mails and parcels dispatch.
  
Provide office support services such as drafting correspondences, data entry, printing, photocopying, faxing and filing of documents.
  
Liaising with students, parents, teachers and vendors.
  
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  
At least GCE 'N' Level.
  
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
  
At least 1 year of relevant experience in school environment.
