Records Digitisation Assistant (Govt)

We are hiring a Records Management Assistant to handle file tracking, digitisation, RFID tagging & quality checks in a dynamic team environment.

Working location: Central Area

Duration: 6 months contract

Salary: $2170 per month

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Support registry and records management operations, including file stocktaking and RFID tagging
• Prepare and organise files for digitisation and scanning
• Perform quality checks on digitised records and upload documents to the system

Requirements:

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF, Outlook, etc
