Recruitment Executive

Reachfield Security is one of the largest Security Guards Agencies in Singapore.   It is established since 2003 & it is supplying security Manpower (Security Officers) & Security System to Office buildings, MNC, schools, Malls, Apartments, etc

We are looking for suitable candidates for the following position:

Human Resource Executive – Recruitment ( In-House)

 Requirements

1. Diploma/ Degree

2. Good experience in Recruitment, HR admin & support duties.  

3. Good organisation skills and able to relate to people from all levels.

4. Resourceful & creative in finding  ways to recruit Security Officers / personnel.

5. Those who have experience working in Employment Agencies or engage in recruitment roles are preferred.

 Duties  

1. Plan, Strategize recruitment activities to fulfil the manpower requirements of the various sites (commercial organization, government buildings, schools, factories, etc).

1. Work closely with Operations Managers to fulfil manpower requirements of our sites.

1. Well versed with local labour law and able to advise Operational staff and Payroll team on labour laws and HR practices.  

1. Human Resource duties including interview Security Officers, prepare employment letters, promotion letters, termination letters, and update personnel e-records.  

1. Conduct exit interviews and find ways to retain staff.

6.    Support Operations by providing admin support to OMs

7. Prepare & reply correspondence with Officers or the authority.

9.  Assist in grading exercises and various ISO audits.     

10. General Admin, Training & logistics support duties.

We expect the candidates to be versatile and able to perform multi-tasks and take initiatives in this post.
