Job Description - Recruitment Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Executive to support our manpower hiring needs across various business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, managing hiring documentation, and supporting onboarding arrangements.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable engaging with candidates and hiring managers, and is passionate about building a strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and operations teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, walk-in interviews, referrals, recruitment events, and community partners.
  • Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements and suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers on recruitment outcomes.
  • Prepare employment-related documents and ensure required pre-employment documents are completed.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide timely updates on hiring progress.
  • Support recruitment initiatives such as job fairs, mass hiring exercises, referral campaigns, and employer branding activities.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are in compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
  • Assist in onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for newly hired employees.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or frontline hiring.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements concurrently.
  • Resourceful, independent, and results-oriented.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with job portals, recruitment platforms, or HR systems will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with experience in facilities management, cleaning, security, hospitality, logistics, retail, or other manpower-intensive industries will have an added advantage.
