Working Hours: Mon – Thurs (10.00am – 8.30pm), Alt Fri

Key Duties:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Google Workspace applications.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
