Position Summary:
The Senior Liaison Officer will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. This role requires proactive problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive and Strategic Support:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
- Assist the CEO in strategic planning and decision-making processes. Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support the CEO's initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO by driving key initiatives aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule, organize and coordinate executive meetings, including board meetings, executive team meetings, and external engagements. Prepare agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Arrange and manage logistics for board meetings, executive retreats, and other high-level meetings.
- Travel Management:
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and travel-related activities.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are in line with the CEO's preferences and company policies.
- Communication and Liaison:
- Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, clients, senior executives, business partners and government officials.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO. Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office, including maintaining office supplies, managing budgets, and coordinating with other departments as necessary.
- Ensure the executive office is organized, efficient, and equipped to support the CEO's needs.
- Project Management:
- Lead and support various projects as directed by the CEO, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information, compile reports, and provide analysis as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public relations or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar support role, preferably within a corporate or governmental setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and Thai (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of professionalism, integrity and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation: 55,000 – 70,000 THB per month
