Job Summary

You will support retail and e-commerce operations by preparing sales and inventory reports, coordinating stock replenishment, managing logistics, assisting store activities, handling customer service, and supporting CRM and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed sales, KPI, inventory, merchandising, and promotion reports to inform business decisions.

• Coordinate inventory replenishment and stock transfers to maintain optimal stock levels across retail stores.

• Manage daily operations and order fulfilment on Shopee and Lazada marketplaces to ensure timely delivery.

• Liaise with logistics teams and retail stores to coordinate stock movements and deliveries efficiently.

• Respond to customer enquiries and administer membership programs to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Support retail events, store setup, and conduct annual stock takes to ensure operational readiness and accuracy.

• Coordinate POS pricing updates, promotions, and perform system testing to maintain accurate sales data.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of retail operations support experience; 1 year of e-commerce operations experience is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, charts, and data analysis.

• Familiarity with retail POS, ERP, Power BI, and inventory management systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven coordination abilities.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: Normal office hours

• Additional hours may be required during retail events, stock takes, and festive seasons
