1. Position Summary
The Retail Sales Advisor cum Showroom Receptionist is responsible for delivering professional customer service while supporting the daily operation of the showroom. The role includes retail sales, customer reception, sales administration, order coordination, and basic administrative support.
2. Key Responsibilities
· Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
· Introduce and recommend mattresses, pillows and related sleep products.
· Handle customer enquiries via showroom, telephone, WhatsApp, email and other approved communication channels.
· Prepare quotations, sales orders and maintain customer records.
· Coordinate delivery arrangements with authorised third-party logistics providers.
· Follow up on customer enquiries and provide after-sales support.
· Maintain a clean, organised and professional showroom environment.
· Perform basic administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the Branch Director.
3. Requirements:
· Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.
· Experience in retail sales, customer service or showroom operations is preferred.
· Experience in the mattress, furniture or home living industry is an advantage.
· Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
· Proficient in English for daily customer service and business communication.
· Proficient in Mandarin Chinese to communicate with Mandarin
Chinese-speaking customers and handle sales enquiries.
· Positive attitude, customer-oriented and willing to learn.
