Job Description:
- Coordinate the team’s daily operations: manage calendars, schedule jobs, and prepare documentation and materials.
- Track quotes, orders, service reports, and invoices with high accuracy and timely follow‑up.
- Maintain CRM and sales databases: ensure data integrity, update pipelines, and generate weekly/monthly reports and forecasts.
- Handle inbound inquiries, route leads, and provide after‑sales support; escalate complex issues as needed.
- Communicate order status, delays, and delivery updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with pricing updates and tender documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
Education: ITE/Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; strong equivalent experience considered.
Experience: 02+ years in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or administrative roles in a fast‑paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Tools: Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; basic Excel skills (vlookups/pivots a plus).
