Job Summary

Support the Sales team by managing customer accounts, preparing quotations and invoices, coordinating customer enquiries, reconciling payments, and assisting with marketing activities to ensure smooth business operations.

What You'll Do

  • Create and maintain customer accounts in the company system.
  • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Generate customer Statements of Account and assist with payment reconciliation.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and coordinate with internal departments to provide timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
  • Assist the Sales team with daily administrative and coordination duties.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and perform other duties assigned by the Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • GCE O-Level, A-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in sales administration, customer service, or office administration is preferred. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive, responsible, and customer-focused with a willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
