Sales Admin

Location: Near Boon Lay MRT(4 mins walk)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 5-day work week
• No OT

Salary

• $2,200 – $2,300 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
• Prepare and process sales quotations.
• Generate Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and Delivery Orders (DO).
• Maintain proper filing of documents and records.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Administration or Administrative role is preferred.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
