Sales Admin Coordinator

• Position: Sales Admin Coordinator

• Location: Joo Koon / Jurong West

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm/8.30am - 6pm)

• Salary: Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Marine Supply / Tooling Distribution

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle sales coordination and administrative support duties

• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders

• Process, track, and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and forwarders on delivery schedules and order requirements

• Maintain proper records, filing systems, and documentation

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales admin / coordinator experience preferred

• Minimum O Level or equivalent qualification

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
