Key Responsibilities

• Process sales and purchase administration, including data entry and order processing
• Monitor inventory, perform stock reconciliation, and maintain accurate records
• Handle cash transactions, card payments, and petty cash administration
• Coordinate with Head Office to support smooth daily retail operations
• Prepare and distribute internal memos and operational communications
• Maintain proper filing and documentation
• Provide administrative support to retail and store operations

Requirements

• GCE N-Level, GCE O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: S$1,800 per month
• Fixed Meal Allowance: S$200 per month
• Overtime Pay (in accordance with the Employment Act)

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
• Retail roster within 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
