Sales Admin cum Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin cum Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in daily administrative operations, customer coordination, order processing, and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, ensuring smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Administration

• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales-related documents.
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and filing systems.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock availability with relevant departments.
• Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and performance summaries.
• Handle documentation for deliveries, billing, and contracts.

Sales Coordination

• Coordinate between customers, sales team, warehouse, and logistics departments.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Arrange meetings, appointments, and sales presentations for the sales team.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and promotional activities.
• Support after-sales service and customer relationship management.
• Ensure timely communication and issue resolution for clients.

Customer Service Support

• Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.
• Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum GEC "N" Level or equivalent qualification
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in Food & Manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customer
• Independent and fast learner
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A good team player with proactive and customer-focused attitude
