Sales Admin Executive

Salary: Up to S$3,500 + 13 Month Bonus + Performance Bonus + Annual Increment

Location: Bishan, Singapore

Working Hours: 5 days work week | Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing, including receiving, verifying, and entering customer orders accurately into the system to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding delivery arrangements, shipment status, and related inquiries
• Support daily operations with various ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Secondary School / ITE or higher.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in order processing, logistics, documentation, or customer service roles.
