Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Equipment Wholesaler
• Position Title: Sales Admin/Sales Admin Executive
• Working Location: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm (One Saturday per month, 9 am – 12 pm)
• Working Hours: Tuas West/Jurong West (Depending on assigned office)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• To perform all kinds of general admin duties such as data entry, preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• To handle PO, DO, Contract, and quotation.
• To attend to customers via phone and email.
• To respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when required.
• To support overseas team members and follow up on overseas requests and inquiries.
