Job Description - Sales Admin Support [5.5 DAYS / TIONG BAHRU] (KCKC)

Salary: $ 2200 - $ 2700 + Commission
Address: Tiong Bahru
Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.45am to 6pm
                                  Alternate Saturday / 8.45am to 1.15pm


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in inside sales, tele-sales, customer service or a related field.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Comfortable learning and using online portals and CRM systems.
  • Comprehensive product, system, and sales process training will be provided.


Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Contact existing Telco customers whose contracts are approaching expiry.
  • Advise customers on their upcoming contract renewal options.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely renewal decisions.


Sales & Business Development

  • Recommend suitable Telco connectivity plans based on customers' business requirements.
  • Promote technology refresh opportunities, including hardware replacement where applicable.
  • Identify opportunities to upgrade customers to higher-value or enhanced Telco service plans.
  • Achieve individual renewal and sales targets.
     

Customer Correspondence

  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email.
  • Send renewal reminders, quotations and follow-up emails.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing and renewal processes.
  • Coordinate with customers to obtain all required documents and approvals.
     

Sales Administration

  • Prepare and process customer acceptance forms and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure all documents are complete and accurate before submission.
  • Upload completed applications and supporting documents to the Telco online portal.
  • Monitor application status and follow through until activation or completion.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal sales tracking system.
     

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Business Manager and Telco support teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Escalate customer issues where necessary for prompt resolution.
  • Participate in product and sales training provided by the company.
