• Mon-Fri: 9am-5:30am, 9am-12pm Sat(Once a month)
• Location: Tuas West Road MRT (walking distance)

My client is MNC Marine Engineering company.

Job Description:

• Perform a range of general administrative duties such as data entry and the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• Handle purchase orders (POs), delivery orders (DOs), contracts, and quotations.
• Engage with customers through phone and email communications.
• Address customer complaints promptly and provide after-sales support as needed.
• Assist overseas team members and coordinate follow-ups on international requests and inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder Proficient in spoken and written English
• Capable of working well under pressure
• Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative team member
• Skilled in computer use and adept at multitasking
