Job Description - Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator manages the vital link between clients, the sales team, and manufacturing and supplier operations.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Order & Fulfilment Coordination: Process sales orders, issue invoices, and generate delivery orders in alignment with inventory and stock status.

2. Customer Support & Quoting: Prepare accurate pricing and quotations, handle client inquiries, and manage expectations for project delivery.

3. Logistics & Freight: Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouse teams, and transport providers to schedule outgoing shipments.

Requirements:
High Attention to Detail: Critical for ensuring product dimensions, order quantities, and pricing codes are entered flawlessly.

Multi-tasking & Prioritisation: Ability to juggle urgent client requests, production delays, and shipping schedules simultaneously.

Effective Communication: Clear coordination between external clients, internal sales reps, and warehouse floor staff.
