Sales Administrator

Position Overview

The Sales Administrator provides vital administrative and logistical support to our Corporate and Leisure Senior Sales Managers. You will manage high-volume group room blocks, coordinate communications effectively with internal and external partners, and serve as a professional point of contact for our valued clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team with drafting corporate rate agreements, group contracts, proforma invoices with accuracy and assisting in maintaining filing system.
• Build and track group room blocks in the property management system, enforcing cutoff dates and attrition clauses.
• Serve as the primary, polished contact for corporate bookers, tour operators and VIP guests.
• Update and maintain client database for sales department, assist with EDMs.
• Interdepartmental alignment with distributing group resumes to Front Office, Housekeeping,F&B teams to ensure seamless guest arrival.
• Conduct professional site inspections for potential clients.
• Support the Cluster Director of Sales with monthly P&L reports.
• See to the proper handling, use and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.

Education& Work Experience

• GCE O or N Level equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of secretarial or administration experience         
• Team player with good working attitude, independent and self-motivated
• Possess good administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
• Preferably Bilingual
