Sales Administrator

A German and Singapore JV company specialising in Industrial Hardware. Our industries include Telecommunication, Data centre, Transportation and Industrial enclosures.

Main Responsibilities:

· Assist Sales department to prepare quotations, follow-up on sales orders, sales enquiries and purchase orders

· Provide updated order status to regional representatives and ensure on-time submission of reports

· Follow-up on shipment to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner

· Liaise with external and internal parties regarding samples and rejected parts

· Coordinate meetings and training

· Meticulous in data entry using SAP

· Provide secretarial support to manager and any other duties assigned.

Requirement:

· Min 2 years of working experience; good to have either industrial electrical/mechanical component sales knowledge

· Degree/Diploma/ITC or equivalent qualifications.

· Knowledge of SAP

· Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Meticulous, disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure

· Fluent in English & Mandarin (in order to liaise and converse with English and Mandarin-speaking sales/factories/clients, both oral and written.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Pro-active and must be a team player
