As a Sales Administrator in the logistics industry, you will be crucial in optimising our sales processes, driving revenue growth, and enhancing overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Logistics Solution:
  - Implement and execute the trade lane program to ensure seamless operations.
  - Develop effective "go-to-market" models for our products and campaigns.
• Efficiency Enhancement:
  - Streamline representatives’ workflows to improve lead management, transaction efficiency, and time utilisation.
  - Manage lead generation requests specific to various countries.
• Data Management:
  - Manage and analyse sales data to provide actionable insights to the sales team.
  - Prepare accurate sales and campaign reports for internal stakeholders.
• Market Insights:
  - Research diverse business profiles to gain familiarity with our B2B sales landscape.
  - Monitor competitors’ products to stay informed about sales and marketing trends.
• Forecasting and Relationships:
  - Utilize available data to forecast sales accurately.
  - Cultivate positive relationships with key clients, negotiating and closing significant contracts.
• Collateral and Technology:
  - Organize and maintain sales collateral for easy access by the sales team.
  - Monitor and oversee WebCargo usage.
