Sales and Marketing Assistant

Conduct market research and identify prospective clientele and to find and collect information about prospects, such as their contact details, needs, etc.

Creative skills (compose /writing marketing proposals to promote the organization's services through emails / company website, documentations)

Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Assisting in preparing , reviewing, finalizing and sending proposals.

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.

Coordinate with the team department the information / requirement of customer, project details.

Arrange, schedule appoinments to prospective customer.

Follow up proposals and monitor prospects future service requirement.

Dedicated and detailed oriented, maintaning accurate record and customer data.

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

Update spreadsheets, databases (customer's / project information, etc.)

Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.

Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications.

Proven experience as a marketing assistant.

BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field.

Good teamworking and strong analytical and problem-solving skills and numerical skills.

Collaborates with other departments and provide administrative support as needed.

Strong written and verbal communication skills , organizational skills.
