Job Summary

Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by managing sales cycles and executing digital marketing strategies for FINETEC ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored sheetmetal fabrication solutions.

Responsibilities

Sales

• Identify potential customers through lead generation, cold calling, and networking to expand the client base
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals, including product presentations, negotiations, and responding to customer inquiries
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and chat platforms to provide accurate information and support
• Assist customers in resolving order-related issues and generate accurate quotes and invoices
• Coordinate and attend on-site client meetings as required to support sales and service delivery

Marketing

• Develop, propose, and execute digital marketing plans to promote the company’s sheetmetal fabrication services
• Write marketing proposals and create compelling copy for growth marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new marketing opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven sales experience of 1 to 3 years with a demonstrated track record of meeting targets
• Proficient in current online marketing trends and digital marketing strategies
• Skilled in using cloud-based communication tools for effective collaboration and customer engagement
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, or TikTok platforms
