At LeonEx, we’re in the business of making things happen. And we’re looking for a Sales and Operations Manager who’s ready to grow with us in the exciting world of MICE and events.

Events, Logistics & On-the-Ground Action

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to bring events to life
• Keep budgets, timelines, contracts, and deliverables on track
• Be part of live events on-site (yes, some evenings and weekends included)
• Make sure everything runs smoothly — and looks damn good while doing it

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in MICE
• Confident communicator
• Organised, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure
• Open to travel and flexible working hours when events call for it
• A team player with a strong “can-do, let’s-go” attitude
