Challenger Technologies Limited is looking for an organized and dependable individual to join our team as a Sales & Tender Support Executive, handling tender documentation, invoicing, and day-to-day sales admin!
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 9AM - 6.30PM
Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit tender documents and respond promptly to Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Track and monitor inventory levels to support tender and sales order fulfilment
Prepare and issue timely, accurate invoices for tender and customer sales orders
Coordinate order deliveries and follow up on payment collections
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve tender, delivery, or billing queries
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of tender and sales administrative documents
Support salespeople with quotations, order forms, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
2 years of experience in tender support, sales admin, or order processing
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines under time pressure
Comfortable handling invoicing, payment tracking, and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with inventory/invoicing systems a plus
Good communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams
