Sales Assistant (West) CHS

Job Summary :

Working Hours : 8.30am to 6pm
Working day : Monday to Friday
Location : Penjuru

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage shared mailboxes and prioritize urgent customer enquiries and requests.

• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DOs), invoices, and other sales-related documents accurately and in a timely manner.

• Monitor outstanding enquiries and follow up with customers and third-party vendors on pending requests.

• Review and acknowledge Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy in pricing, stock availability, terms, and shipping details.

• Handle customer queries and quotations professionally while ensuring high service standards.

• Support key customer accounts and provide seamless backup coverage when required.

• Track weekly and monthly sales performance to support achievement of department KPIs.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including Procurement and Logistics, to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.

• Follow up on overdue accounts based on debtor reports and assist with collection matters when required.

• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.

• Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, ITE, GCE 'O' Level, or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in sales administration, customer service, or sales support is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
