Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the next day’s delivery and collection schedule.
Send a confirmation message via WhatsApp to the designated contact regarding the next day’s delivery and collection.
Review delivery routes and location pins for the upcoming day’s schedule.
Handle client complaints and inquiries through phone calls and the company’s WhatsApp channel.
Prepare and issue quotations, rental agreements, delivery orders, and termination documents.
Generate and maintain sales reports.
Create multimedia content, including posters for holiday greetings - marketing campaign.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the sales team.
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum GCE A-Level qualification in any field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar operational or administrative role
Proficient computer skills with MS Office and Outlook
Proficient in English for effective communication
