Sales Coordinator

FME supplies cable support systems, hardware, and electrical products to mechanical and electrical contractors in the construction sector. The successful candidate will report to the sales team and support sales acquisition by following up on sales enquiries and managing the order processing cycle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct product presentations, recommend suitable products, follow up with customers to close sales, manage project supply schedules, ensure customer satisfaction, retain customers, and maintain sales accounts.
• Product communication: Clearly explain product functions and technical details to customers.
• Sales process management: Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, and delivery orders accurately and promptly for customers and internal FME teams.
• Supplier coordination: Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers’ production teams and FME’s operations team to meet customers’ project schedules and requirements
• Inventory management: Order and manage warehouse materials to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Database maintenance: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order processing database in line with company systems and procedures.
• Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all office documents and information handled.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minor in Business or a related field experience for at least a year. Junior or Mature candidates are welcome as long as you are willing to adapt to the work environment.

Offer

• $2,100 base salary - $2600+ subject to experience and work targets
• Three-month probation period, subject toperformance review
• 13th-month bonus and performance bonus, subject to length of service and individual and company performance for the year

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday     0900 to 1730
• Saturday                     0900 to 1230
• Overtime (If required)
