Sales Coordinator

Salary: Up to $2500

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage sales orders according to customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders, reports, and other sales related documents
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries on products and services, and tender projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution and timely delivery of parts and service orders.
• Maintain and update accurate sales information

Requirements:

• Prior experience in similar job duties preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in work.

Work Location: Jurong

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.15am to 6pm
